Note on upgrade
For customers upgrading from previous versions of dbWatch Control Center, be sure to take a backup of the C:\ProgramData\dbWatchControlCenter\config directory. Feel free to contact dbWatch support if you need any assistance. We are happy to help you via zoom or teamviewer.

Remember that when you run the installer a new “dbWatch Control Center” service is created. If this service has been configured under an account other than local account, remember to reconfigure it again.

There is also a new license structure. After upgrading, all jobs will execute normally, but installation of new jobs and uninstallation of already installed jobs may be disabled (depending on your current license). If you experience any issues, contact us, and we will provide you with an updated license.
