License Renewal

This section covers a simple guide in renewing your dbWatch Enterprise Manager license.

Step One: After renewing, the license key will be sent to your registered email. For this example, let’s use the demo license below:

Step Two: Open Enterprise Manager version 12.x. Then, go to Configure > Server Configuration > Manage Licenses. In the example below, you can see that my license has expired.

Step Three: A separate window will pop-up. Copy and Paste the license key in the input box provided. Afterward, click “Add License”.

Step Four: Exit the window and continue using dbWatch Enterprise Manager. You should be able to see that your license has been renewed at the top left corner.
