Configure retention period

The historical retention period for performance statistics in dbWatch needs to be set manually per task.

Follow the steps below to set the retention period for the task you’re running.

• Go to the Monitoring View
  

• Choose a task and right click on it > Select Configure
  

• A new window will appear where you can set the retention period of the data collected by the selected task. In the history threshold text box specify the number of hours you want to retain the statistics collected for this task.

• Then Click Apply.
